Simpson Communications has developed a range of products to meet training and assessment needs. Each product is based on a central database with a web based interface. Training can be delivered online through a web browser or downloaded onto a desktop or laptop PC for offline assessment – anywhere, anytime.
The products can also be used for group or classroom training with an audience response system – as used on TV programmes like Who Wants To Be a Millionaire.
The products have various levels of access for training management. For example, an overall ‘administrator’ can control access to training programs, a ‘manager’ can view and delete results of user’s training sessions and a ‘user’ is only able to complete training programs. This multi-level approach allows businesses to manage access to the data ensuring employees can only view what is relevant to them.
