Unaccompanied Visitors Induction
Simpson Communications can produce videos to be incorporated in one of our products, for example TAS Premium or Training Suite, or as a standalone DVD or distributed over a company Intranet.For example, Baglan Bay Power Station has been operated by GE Energy as a global showcase for the world’s most advanced gas turbine combined cycle technology. Simpson Communications 16 minute DVD’s provide site induction for persons who visit the power station.
Level 2 Induction is for persons who may need to move about the site unaccompanied, and covers the essential health, safety and environmental requirements related to:
- Procedures for access to site and work areas
- Personal Protective Equipment requirements
- Restrictions on mobile phones, smoking, alcohol and drugs
- Emergency alarms and procedures
- Specific hazards, such as chemicals or hot work
- Good housekeeping and waste management
- Environmental protection
