Training Suite
Training Suite is a Simpson Communications managed solution that releases customers from the task of keeping training material and assessment questions up-to-date. There are three access levels allowing administrators to control access to parts of the application:
- User: allowed to view training material
- Manager: allowed to view training material and view results
- Administrator: allowed to view training material, view and delete results, and control the availability of training
As some training material is updated regularly, Training Suite includes a "critical content update" feature. This allows users to view important updates to content, without them having to re-sit all the learning content again. As with expiration of records, e-mail alerts can optionally be sent to inform users of a critical update.
Training can be presented to users individually, or within groups using handsets. All records are stored within the Training Suite database, and a robust audit trail of all users’ activity is retained.
