Simpson Communications Limited recognises that the quality of its solutions is of the utmost importance to ensure the continuing success of the company, its customers and suppliers.The company is committed to the objective of continuous improvement in all company activities with the ultimate aim of achieving zero defects to ensure complete customer satisfaction, with solutions delivered on time and within budget.
We consider that everyone is responsible for the quality of their own work and that all employees of the company have an active role to play in the process of continuous improvement. To this end we will work at creating an atmosphere in which employees want to contribute to the success of the business. It is from this foundation that a system for continuous improvement can be established.
Successful relationships with our customers and our suppliers are essential to our business. We will continue to develop partnerships with them based on mutual trust and co-operation. We will actively encourage our suppliers to undertake a similar policy of continuous improvement to our mutual benefit.
We operate a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification, including aspects specific to the development of multimedia solutions and corporate communications.
Our progress along the path of continuous improvement is reviewed formally.
All employees understand the importance of this policy and the company continuously monitors their performance to ensure that it is implemented successfully.
